The free webinar
June 28, – 19:00 – Zoom

Yoga is a wonderful practice that brings body, mind and soul into harmony. But with so many yoga styles to choose from, it can be a challenge to find the one that suits you best. Not every style is suitable for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. The good news is that there is a suitable yoga path for everyone. Maybe Jnana or Bhakti Yoga is your thing.
Here is a brief overview of the most common yoga styles: Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Flow, Vinyasa, Luna Yoga and even original variations such as Beer Yoga, Dogya (yoga with dogs) and Yoga with goats.
Don't worry, all these styles have a common origin: Hatha Yoga, the physical yoga.
