The goal of Atscha Yoga
The word Atscha comes from Sanskrit, the language that connects us with the wisdom of yoga and the spiritual traditions of India. It is usually written Achha. It symbolizes a powerful affirmation: good, yes, agreed. It is widely used in the everyday language of modern India. And it is no coincidence that we named our training Atscha, because it embodies the art of consent. Atscha evokes a peace that takes you beyond the usual contentment, an inner peace rooted in the depths.
